Cath Rogan, Principal of smart garment people has over 18 years' experience in performance fabrics and clothing for sports, outdoor, defence and corporate markets.

Her career has embraced building successful contracts and product ranges with government and blue-chip corporate clients along with innovative consumer brands including Berghaus, Barbour, Lowe Alpine, Henri Lloyd and Puma.   

With significant experience of developing performance fabrics with world-class partners including Cloverbrook Fabrics, WL Gore and Malden Mills, Cath has also built a successful, vertically integrated ethical garment sourcing business. 

With a background of board-level strategy formulation, Cath's proven business-building skills and technical experience offer clients a unique perspective in performance clothing markets and a drive for exceptional results.
